Information: The Ibiza Real Estate Market keeps on showing that Ibiza is still 2017 Europe’s number 1 holiday destination and that it is a safe haven for many investors. There is an increased interest from the French, German, Italian especially Dutch investors compared to last year. Talamanca area has become of interest to many new clients who are seeking for homes close to Ibiza town and with sea views. The interest in the North of Ibiza is still raising, especially for families who are looking for that authentic Ibiza feel. The South/South West is still the number 1 area for buyers because of the great rental returns.
