Located between Ibiza Town and Sant Josep, this 6-bedroom villa offers privacy and accessibility in equal measure. Set on a 5,000 m² plot with natural landscaping, the home is all on one level but arranged across various heights to follow the hillside terrain.
The kitchen is fully fitted and connects to a bright dining area, which leads into the large living room. Floor-to-ceiling sliding doors (six meters wide) open out to a covered terrace, overlooking the pool and sundecks. The entire house benefits from air conditioning, central heating, and natural light throughout.
