Reservation Process:
The initial reservation requires a deposit of €30.000 (plus 10%VAT).
Within 30 days of the initial deposit, 10% (of the purchase price plus VAT) will be paid and a private purchase contract will be signed deducting the initial deposit of €30.000.
Within 90 days after the first deposit, 25% (of the purchase price plus VAT) will be paid at the signing of the public land purchase agreement.
The remaining 65% will be paid in installments once the monthly work certificates are issued.
Prices range from €3.250.000 to €3.890.000 with villas ranging in size from 413m² to 629m² and garden areas ranging from 197m² to 355m².
