Dream spot

Our first introduction to Ibiza Now Real Estate was with Antoine, we had agreed to view a few houses we had looked at through the website. We already knew Ibiza from many holidays and were keen to search for our own place on the island with an expert. Things went into overdrive. Where we had set our sights on a real Ibicenca-like white plastered house, it became an apartment in a new development. Of course, we would never have ended up here had we not been shown this place. While looking at the different houses and talking to Antoine, he showed us a place where a project had just started – by the sea with a beautiful view in a quiet area close to nice places in the North East of the island. Maxim guided us through the rest of the process, with every viewing or question he was there to guide us. The nice thing about having a contact person on the island who speaks the Dutch language is that you can easily discuss everything, and all questions about the apartment were quickly answered. A super duo on the island and definitely recommended if you are looking for an real estate agent for your dream spot under the sun.
